FINAL REPORT CARD

During this year of p.e, i got to know lots about myself...  I had a great year in gym!! This year I have not forgotten my gym strip on p.e days. And most importantly I was always on time for my gym period. On a daily basis I would say that my external level would be medium, but on fitness days I would say it would be a little more. My attitude towards p.e was pretty fair. I usually tried to do my best in every class, and I stayed positive. I have helped in setting up activities such as badminton or volleyball, I have helped set up the nets as well. One of my goal for next year towards gym is to participate more in activities and I have decided to accomplish that is by running with a person who would force me to go on and do the best to my ability.
Keeping in my mind all of the things I have said above, I would say that I deserve a B this year in p.e. I say that because I think I have more potential in myself and I can do better, so this was not my ability best..

  1. Thanks Sahar. I think your blog is a good example of how you approached PE this year. If you read others blogs they have pictures and videos as evidence and talk specifically about what they have learned and goals for next year. Yours is done during assessment posts, answering the questions given by the teacher. Is that the BEST you could have done on your blog? I think its the same for PE. The last run we did you had me cheering you from behind and you did sooooo much more than you thought you could! I get that maybe you don't like sports, or fitness, but I don't think you ever really give you best. You do just enough, you stay in your safe place with your friends, and work to avoid getting in trouble. Hopefully as you continue on in PE here you will start to realize it is a safe place, where you can take chances and really go for it, no matter how low you think your best is. I will give you a B but I think you are doing just enough to pass... that's a C- or C, not a B, by usualy standards. Remember how badly you wanted to quit on the run the other day? You made it... all the way. You won't know how much you can do if you don't learn to try your best. :) Have a nice summer.
